Welcome to iKickballz. These Terms of Service govern your use of the iKickballz website and participation in leagues operated by iKickballz & iLeaguez LLC ("iKickballz," "we," "us"). By using our site or registering for a league, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility. iKickballz leagues are for adults 18 and older. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18.
2. Registration and accounts. League registration is handled through our third-party provider, Playpass. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your account. Your use of Playpass is also governed by Playpass's own terms and privacy policy.
3. League participation and conduct. All players must follow the official iKickballz rules and conduct expectations. We reserve the right to remove any player or team from a league for unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or violation of league rules, without refund.
4. Assumption of risk. Kickball and related activities carry inherent risks of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with play, attendance, and league events. Any waiver or release signed at registration applies in addition to these terms.
5. Payments and refunds. All fees are due at registration. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
6. Intellectual property. The iKickballz name, logo, mascot, and all site content are owned by iKickballz & iLeaguez LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Third-party links. Our site links to third-party services including Playpass and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimers. The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iKickballz & iLeaguez LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, participation in a league, or attendance at any event.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
